Custom-made or altered costumes:

  • May have specific care instructions that differ from standard items

Note: For hygiene reasons, wigs, hair accessories, makeup products, face paint, and intimate apparel cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective.

3. Orders and Payment

3.1 Order Process

When you place an order with Cosplaynow Shop:

  • You are making an offer to purchase products under these terms
  • We will send an order confirmation email – this is not acceptance of your order
  • Acceptance occurs when we dispatch your items
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion

3.2 Pricing and Payment

All prices are in US dollars unless otherwise stated and include GST where applicable.

  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal
  • Payment is processed at the time of order
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice
  • If we discover an error in pricing, we will contact you before processing your order

3.3 Shipping and Delivery

Our shipping policy includes:

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation
  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after shipping)
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after shipping)
  • International customers are responsible for customs fees and import duties
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed

International Orders: We ship worldwide excluding certain Asian and remote regions. Customs fees and import duties are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.

4. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

4.1 Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days from the date you receive your items, provided:

  • Items are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging is intact and included
  • No signs of wear, makeup, or alterations
  • All accessories and original components are included

4.2 Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Wigs and hair accessories
  • Makeup and face paint products
  • Custom-made or altered costumes
  • Intimate apparel and bodysuits
  • Items from final sale or clearance sections

4.3 Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Submit a return request via email to [email protected] within 15 days of receipt
  2. Wait for authorization and Return Authorization Number (1-2 business days)
  3. Ship your return to our Melbourne address with the Return Authorization Number clearly visible
  4. Allow 3-5 business days for processing after we receive your return

4.4 Refunds

Refund processing times:

  • Credit Card Payments: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
  • PayPal Payments: 3-5 business days to process
  • Other Payment Methods: 7-14 business days for processing

We refund the full cost of returned items and original shipping fees (if entire order is returned). Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Process: For exchanges, we’ll ship your replacement item once we receive and process your return. If the exchange item costs more, we’ll invoice you for the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.
