There’s no minimum order amount for standard purchases. However, to qualify for free shipping, your order must total $50 or more.

We offer two shipping methods to suit your needs:

We ship globally to cosplayers worldwide! However, due to carrier limitations, we’re unable to ship to select remote areas in Asia and other specific remote regions. If you’re unsure about delivery to your location, please contact our customer service team before ordering.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Our partnership with reliable global carriers (DHL, FedEx, and EMS) means you can monitor your costume’s journey from our Melbourne warehouse directly to your doorstep.

While most deliveries arrive within the promised timeframes, occasional customs processing may cause minor delays in some regions. If your package exceeds the estimated delivery window by more than 5 business days, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your cosplay transformation. If for any reason you’re not happy with your purchase, we accept returns within 15 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition with all tags attached and packaging intact.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide you with return instructions and address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We conduct rigorous quality checks before shipping, but if your costume arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover return shipping costs in these cases.
